- Patients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case patients will be notified at the earliest.
2. Refund Policy
- Consultation Fees: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- Prepaid Packages: If you have purchased a package or prepaid session, refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases, subject to management approval.
- Missed Appointments: No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
- If an appointment is canceled by Active Bone, patients will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without additional charges.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Patients can reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may be subject to availability and additional charges.
- If the rescheduled appointment is canceled, it will be treated as a new cancellation, and the respective cancellation terms will apply.
4. Payment Disputes
- If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment processing, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will investigate the claim and process any applicable refunds accordingly.
